DOUBLE KILN PRODUCTION CONFIGURATION

 

HUIFENG GLASS adopts an advanced dual-kiln production configuration. It was constructed and put into use in two phases, ensuring both production capacity and quality. 


The first kiln (completed in 2015): The total investment exceeded 103 million yuan. The melting furnace area is 35 square meters. It is equipped with 4 row-and-column bottle production lines (1 six-dual line and 3 six-single lines). The row-and-column machines use products from Sanjin Company (Four Electricity). The entire process adopts automated batching and kiln control systems. The daily output is 45-48 tons, and the daily production of various cosmetic bottles is approximately 300,000 pieces. 


Phase II kiln (constructed in 2019 in collaboration with German SORG company): The total investment is approximately 149 million yuan. It adopts the world's leading design of natural gas kilns, featuring low gas consumption, low exhaust emissions, stable combustion and material discharge; it is equipped with 5 sets of row-and-column machine production lines (1 set of 9S, 2 sets of 6 double machines, 1 set of 6 single machine, and 1 set of 8 single machine), with a daily output of 62-65 tons, and 500,000 various cosmetic bottles per day; the kiln has a design service life of over 10 years, and is equipped with an environmental protection post-treatment system to achieve efficient, environmentally friendly and energy-saving production.

Top-notch environmental protection equipment: The company collaborates with German Eric Company, which has over 80 years of experience in smoke gas treatment, to build a professional environmental protection treatment system. The treated smoke gas from this system is invisible to the naked eye at the emission outlet and contains no water vapor. Moreover, it does not require high-altitude emission (the height of the chimney is the same as the main building), fundamentally solving the environmental protection issue of emissions and practicing the concept of a green enterprise.

Guided by market demands and in line with the purchasing trends of the industry, it has invested 60 million yuan to build a new processing workshop, electroplating workshop, and injection molding workshop, thus establishing a complete industrial chain supporting service system of 'production - processing - customers'. 


At present, the total construction area of the supporting workshop is 40,000 square meters, and the daily processing capacity can reach 500,000 pieces. It can efficiently meet the entire process requirements from the production of light bottles to deep processing, and provide customers with an integrated solution.



1. Processing and Refining Workshop

As a core part of the industrial chain, this facility covers an area of 40,000 square meters, with sufficient space scale and production capacity reserves. The core configuration of the workshop includes 3 fully automated spraying lines, capable of achieving a daily production capacity of 300,000 pieces, efficiently meeting the requirements of large-scale spraying. At the same time, the entire area adopts dust-free control standards, ensuring product processing accuracy from the environmental aspect. In addition, the workshop is equipped with a complete set of equipment such as automatic printing machines, semi-automatic printing machines, embossing machines, and packaging inspection lines, covering multiple processes including spraying, printing, embossing, and quality control, providing an integrated deep processing solution for glass products.


3. Injection molding workshop

As a key supporting link in the industrial chain, the company's injection molding workshop has been well-planned, with a total floor area of 10,000 square meters. The spatial layout is reasonable, capable of meeting the requirements of large-scale production. The core equipment of the workshop consists of 15 fully automatic injection molding machines, which can achieve efficient and automated operation of the injection molding process, significantly improving production efficiency and product accuracy. At the same time, it is equipped with a complete set of auxiliary facilities, including raw material supply and finished product transportation, forming a complete guarantee system of 'equipment + support', providing stable and convenient injection molding supporting services for upstream and downstream production links, and further strengthening the collaborative capabilities of the industrial chain.

2. Vacuum Electroplating Workshop

Electroplating, as a key process for cosmetic packaging, has an exclusive electroplating workshop with a floor area of 5,000 square meters. It can simultaneously handle the electroplating processing requirements for glass bottles and their accompanying plastic parts. The workshop is equipped with advanced coating machines, fully automatic spraying lines, and fully automatic electroplating lines. The equipment is professionally and efficiently configured, with an annual production capacity of up to 30 million UV glass parts and UV plastic parts, providing high-quality electroplating appearance solutions for cosmetic packaging.




4. Pump head assembly workshop

HUIFEENG GLASS has a dedicated pump head assembly workshop, equipped with fully automatic and semi-automatic assembly machines.
