Jiangxi Huifeng Glass Products Co., Ltd. is a highly capable company with a factory covering an area of 175 acres and a building area of over 110,000 square meters. It currently has 450 employees, with professional technicians accounting for approximately 30%. The company has successively obtained certifications for ISO9001 quality management system, ISO45001 occupational health and safety management, and ISO14001 environmental management system. It is also the only domestic manufacturer that has achieved a complete "product development - glass manufacturing - spraying and screen printing - accessory injection molding - UV (electroplating)" industrial chain supply. It can provide customers with a complete set of cosmetic packaging material supply chain solutions.
At the production end, the company has equipped advanced and complete facilities and workshops: The second-phase kiln built in cooperation with the German SORG company has a daily output of 62-65 tons, and is equipped with 5 row-and-column machine production lines (including 1 9S line, 2 6 double-machine lines, etc.), capable of producing 5 million cosmetic packaging materials per day. The kiln has a lifespan of over 10 years and is equipped with an environmental protection post-treatment system, balancing efficiency and greenness. The 4,000-square-meter deep processing workshop is a fully dust-controlled area throughout the region, with 3 fully automatic spraying lines (with a daily production capacity of 3 million units), and is equipped with automatic printing machines, hot stamping machines, etc. The 5,000-square-meter electroplating workshop can produce electroplated products for glass bottles and plastic parts, with an annual production capacity of 30 million UV parts. It is equipped with advanced coating machines and fully automatic production lines. The 10,000-square-meter supporting injection molding workshop, with 15 fully automatic injection molding machines and complete ancillary facilities, provides stable injection molding services.
